Do you store the actual videos or just the transcripts?

TokScript primarily stores transcripts, metadata, and engagement stats — not the full video files.

When you download an HD video or cover image through TokScript, those files are delivered directly to your device. TokScript does not keep a permanent copy of every video you download on our servers.

What we do store permanently in your account:

• The transcript text

• Video metadata (title, creator, engagement stats, language)

• Cover image thumbnails (for display in your dashboard)

• Your organizational data (folders, bookmarks, tags)

This keeps your library lightweight and searchable while giving you everything you need for content research and creation.
