How to cancel:

  1. Go to Settings in your dashboard

  2. Click on your subscription

  3. Click Cancel Subscription

  4. Confirm

That's it. No phone calls, no retention chat, no guilt trips.

When you cancel, you keep full premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

What happens to your data:

  • All your transcripts are saved forever — we don't delete anything

  • Your folders and organization stay intact

  • You can still search and export everything you've saved

  • You just go back to 5 transcripts/day and 5 translations/day

  • AI Agents, bulk processing, and video downloads become unavailable

You can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off. Nothing is ever lost.
